Where do you get your water? Find out using UDVL-CityXones Water Web-Map
UDVL and CityXones recently collaborated to develop an interactive map which allows citizens to track the source, price, users, and other information about their tab water. Crain's Chicago Business (a digital news outlet which offers daily insights and information about Chicago's communities) also used this map in a story in their special report in Crain's Forum. The map illustrates that a fair amount of Chicago-area communities don't get their water from Lake Michigan, but get from aquifers.
