All-Gender Restroom Project

Project Summary

Former Students Wylie Crowther and Sean O'Rourke worked with the UDVL during the Fall 2022 Semester of UPP 461 in collaboration with UIC's Gender and Sexuality Center to create a map of All-Gender Restrooms on UIC's Campus. The map provides easily understandable access instructions to navigate nearby restrooms for UIC students, faculty, and staff who may rely on this resource. As a Research Assistant under the UDVL, Wylie continues to monitor and update the map in coordination with the GSC based on user feedback and changes to UIC's campus.
